Lucy is involved in the HR Outsourcing arm of the business. She brings in execution excellence and support to ensure the HR initiatives are followed through by regular interaction and providing the on-ground, hands-on support to the teams at client site.

She comes with over 10 years’ experience, with last 8 years in the floriculture industry as a HR Generalist and 2 years in Manufacturing Industry. Lucy loves being in the HR Profession as it is giving her exposure in interacting with different personalities in different ways through developing, mentoring, coaching, and learning. The rich experience has imparted practical knowledge to Lucy in handling people matters and setting up great people practices.
