Diana is a member of Vista Management and an accomplished Human Resource Generalist & Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in various industries: Engineering – Electrical, Car Hire and Travel, Consultancy, Retail, Manufacturing, Law Firm and Non-Governmental organization. She is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner of Kenya (CHRP – K) and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and Association of Business Executives (ABE-UK).

She is well versed in offering Human Resource management and consultancy services, and brings on board proven success in Leadership & HR Audit procedures as required by law for compliance, Disciplinary & grievance handling, Talent Management, Payroll & HRMIS, documentation of workflow processes and procedures, succession planning with hands-on experience in development of policies and procedures that link up the HR functions to the business strategy. She carries a big task in her roles and skills application in ensuring the organization achieves its bottom line. She has exposure in Industrial courts while representing client’s interests in labour dispute cases.
