Overall Purpose of the Job

Responsible for executing sales plans, merchandising, order collection, and developing accounts to achieve revenue targets and promote brand growth. Drive sales, build strong relationships with retail partners, and ensure the visibility and availability of products in the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking software.
  • Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in FMCG sales and account management.
