Job Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing sales plans, merchandising, and order collection, as well as developing accounts to achieve revenue targets and promote brand growth in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product visibility and availability, and managing payments and merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage orders, ensuring healthy stock levels and adherence to product assortment guidelines.
  • Collect receivables and manage payment processes in the assigned territory.
  • Implement merchandising standards, maintain product quality, and activate promotional activities.
  • Develop accounts by identifying new opportunities, managing assets like freezers and stands, and reporting on market feedback.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, competitor activities, and payment challenges.
  • Ensure personal effectiveness by managing time and tasks efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Adherence to product assortment and route coverage.
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining asset traceability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in sales and account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
