Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Job:
Developing new business and servicing existing customers.
Roles:
- Manage existing customers by adhering to the daily call schedule, handling orders, and maintaining rapport.
- Develop new business by introducing products, recruiting new customers, and identifying opportunities.
- Handle collections management, ensure compliance with credit policy, and advise on payment terms.
- Support marketing activities by proposing promotions, branding opportunities, and loyalty programs.
- Handle complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in a business-related field.
- Two years of experience in a busy sales department.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions within guidelines and motivate a team.
