Job Description
Role Purpose:
As a Residential Projects Sales Executive, your mission is to build and grow B2B residential sales by exploring the market for new opportunities and clients. You will ensure the growth of our business through both existing and new B2B accounts by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining regular customer engagement.
Accountabilities:
- Be the primary point of contact and account manager for all B2B clients in the Projects department, including procurement, sales, and marketing.
- Seek out leads for built-in appliances in residential projects and build strong relationships to effectively close deals.
- Achieve sales targets set by management for the projects vertical.
- Utilize strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate appliance deliveries, installations, and other logistics for multiple residential projects.
- Create customized solutions and strategies for individual projects.
- Attend on-site meetings, conduct project visits, and facilitate product demonstrations.
- Ensure timely receipt of all payments for corporate sales.
- Provide exemplary service to all residential project clients to secure repeat sales through client satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the entire range of company products.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify and onboard new accounts.
- Open accounts for customers requesting credit and process sales orders for B2B customers.
- Respond to all requests for quotations within 24 hours, barring exceptional circumstances.
- Keep clients updated and provide training on any new products as they become available.
- Submit comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as required by management.
- Stay updated on market trends and gather information on competitors.
- Manage tender pre-qualification and submission for all customers on a weekly basis.
- Conduct all work in a professional and ethical manner within company policy.
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your Superior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of a degree in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant field.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with substantial work experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales/marketing field, with the candidate having held a position involving regular interaction with corporate customers.
- Familiarity with the residential construction and real estate industry is essential, including an understanding of market trends, construction timelines, and project lifecycles.
