At least 3 years of retail sales and merchandising experience.
Job Description:
- Visiting designated stores daily and reporting on the daily route plan, orders, stock, display, visibility of products, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with store personnel and the Company team.
- Ensuring products are adequately stocked, maintained cleanly, and effectively displayed.
- Adhering to Company and store processes and procedures.
- Maintaining optimal positioning of products on shelves across all outlets.
- Ensuring invoices are stamped, collected, and Goods Return Notes are signed off following Company procedures.
- Managing customer complaints and communicating effectively with Company supervisors.
- Providing the best service standard to all stores.
- Representing the Company positively and with enthusiasm.
- Providing daily effective, professional, and clear reporting in WhatsApp groups, team meetings, and by telephone.
- Being flexible and able to handle other tasks as required, including stock taking, sales, deliveries, and store and vehicle cleaning.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales and merchandising.
- Fluent in written English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven, responsible, flexible, and capable of working both as part of a team and independently.
- Possession of a driving license and experience driving (preferred).
