Legal Compliance:

  • Monitor and implement applicable human resource regulations such as NHIF, NSSF, PAYE, workplace compliance, and city county requirements.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records as per legal requirements.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update company human resource/office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with these policies by all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with factory/office policies and discipline by all employees.

Manpower Utilization:

  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and other team members to plan daily employee utilization.
  • Assign duties in day or night shifts as per operational requirements.

Staff Recruitment and Training:

  • Maintain a database of various sources for new employees.
  • Handle recruitment through screening, interviewing, shortlisting, background checks, and appointments.
  • Ensure proper induction and training in coordination with department heads.

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain and update all employee master data for any changes.

Payroll Processing:

  • Ensure correct payment of salaries, allowances, overtime, and other statutory dues through monthly payroll processing.


  • Ensure healthy and productive communication with employees.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with BRC/ISO and other regulatory certifications.


  • Prepare and timely submit an agreed set of reports to management.


  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Eligible to work as HR Incharge for a company with 700 employees


  • Plastic and Paper Packaging and Food Service Products


  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Location: Road A Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya

Age: 30 to 35 Years
