The Brand & Marketing Coordinator will lead the branding and marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and drive growth. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand consistency, and coordinating marketing activities across various channels. The Brand & Marketing Coordinator will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Review, refine, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Brand Management:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and oversee their application across all channels.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to optimize results.
  4. Content Strategy and Creation:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  5. Digital Marketing:
    • Manage the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
    • Use SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and conversions.
  6. Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Organize and manage company events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events.
    • Ensure events are executed flawlessly and align with marketing goals.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  8. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
  9. Collaboration with Sales:
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    • Provide support and resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive sales growth.

Academic and Professional Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
