Job Description

At least 3 years’ experience in Administration and/or Customer Service.

Job Description:

  1. Providing high-level administrative support to directors.
  2. Managing confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.
  3. Assisting with new employee onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records.
  5. Assisting in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  6. Efficiently handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
  7. Recording annual leave.
  8. Assisting with ad hoc tasks, including processing sales orders.
  9. Preparing agendas and meeting notes.
  10. Representing the Company positively and with enthusiasm.
  11. Maintaining effective, friendly, and professional communication with customers and staff via email and telephone, aligned with the Company’s ethos.
  12. Providing clear and professional reporting.
  13. Being flexible and capable of handling other tasks as required, including assisting in quarterly stocktaking and other administrative work.


  1. 3 years’ relevant experience in a sales-related role.
  2. Fluent in written English with strong verbal communication skills.
  3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  4. Diploma or degree educated.
