Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in Administration and/or Customer Service.
Job Description:
- Providing high-level administrative support to directors.
- Managing confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
- Maintaining accurate employee records.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Efficiently handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Recording annual leave.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks, including processing sales orders.
- Preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- Representing the Company positively and with enthusiasm.
- Maintaining effective, friendly, and professional communication with customers and staff via email and telephone, aligned with the Company’s ethos.
- Providing clear and professional reporting.
- Being flexible and capable of handling other tasks as required, including assisting in quarterly stocktaking and other administrative work.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ relevant experience in a sales-related role.
- Fluent in written English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Diploma or degree educated.
