Manali Thacker, member of Vista Management Consultants, brings on board rich experience in hiring talent. Her experience of over 15 years, specifically last 10 years in East Africa partnering with family owned and managed businesses in getting them the suitable talent to match their business needs makes her invaluable for the team. She works with vigour and passion, never failing to try. Manali is also involved in the HR Consulting arm of the business.
She brings in execution excellence and support to ensure the HR initiatives are followed through by regular interaction and providing the on-ground, hands-on support to the teams at client sites. She comes with more than 15 years of HR Strategy and Interventions Support experience. Her exposure of working with owner run businesses, strong inter-personal skills and understanding of the nuances of Kenyan culture and organization effectiveness gives her the edge in providing the much needed on ground mentoring and execution support for these interventions.
