Job Summary
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business success by effectively managing and expanding the client base, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth. Sales Support Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to penetrate the market effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively networking and generating leads to expand the customer base.
- Follow up on sales leads to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer support, assisting existing clients and establishing relationships with new ones to drive sales growth.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closure, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Deliver after-sales support to maintain strong relationships and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up visits and calls to address client needs and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Record and maintain weekly and monthly sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Guide potential clients through product offerings and conduct showroom walk-throughs to showcase features and benefits.
- Attract and advise customers, demonstrating expertise and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct sales meetings to discuss client requirements and manage inquiries effectively.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Submit detailed reports on customer requirements, interests, and potential opportunities to management.
- Participate in customer meetings, addressing project or tender requirements as needed.
Product Knowledge and Development
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range, including features, specifications, and applications.
- Provide detailed information to customers based on their inquiries and requests.
- Stay updated on new products or changes in the product line.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to offer customized solutions that meet client specifications.
- Monitor market trends and client preferences to contribute valuable insights to product development discussions.
Sales Administration
- Ensure quotations are raised accurately with appropriate images, remarks, and specifications.
- Process orders, ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in B2C sales, with strong consultative selling skills.
